This design restaurant and lounge bar is a sleeping three shaped building with three branches that end facing beautiful snowing Dolomite mountains. This is Oberholz ! It’s all about eco-sustainability and the perfect mix of the Alto Adige landscape and modernity designed by Studio Peter Pichler architecture with architect Pavol Mikolajcak. Simply called FOOD. The Revolutionary NYC Restaurant. If they ask me where and in which time of the past I would lived in I would straight answer: New York City, 1970.
